good, but am interested - why also devon and you, other people do pronation/rising from the ground instead on pulley on the table where the pressure should be even more adequate to this. i am a big fan of those but on the table, so am doing them on the table on pulley.

I think pully lift feel more comfortable and effective than ground lift, btw i do both ground and pully lift.
