@@kevinreilly7924 Correct. That was the most gassed out I have ever seen Devon in his entire career. This match is a very close second. If you watch Devon in the second round, straining to force the pin on Genadi, that is when he lost most of his stamina for this match. I hadn’t seen him strain like that since he was giving his all to pin M. Todd in their first super match. Devon is just like anybody else when he is struggling to pin. That is Genadi’s secret weapon if they rematch. Just make Devon work to force the pin. The later rounds will be Genadi’s.

Still not sure why people keep telling Devon to completely change his training. He’s gotten very strong, able to hold Genadi in a hook which is very impressive. He was also catching all of Genadi’s hits, even when he was false starting. As I see it, his arm is plenty strong for the big boys, but he needs to work more on endurance in the inside, as he seems to have lost gas in the later rounds because of it, so maybe just adding a little more cup exercises and he should be good

Some of the worst Refs I have ever seen. For as many times as he said Shoulder, he let Genadi load up and meanwhile he kept forcing Devin way in by comparison. @amporg12858 ай бұрын
@@rcmunro22both of them were cheating. Devon of course in the setup took everything in the first round, then bad call for the elbow foul. The second flashpin from devon was ridiculus he was already behind his shoulder before the match even started. Both of them were flying with those shoulder before the start. Neither of them can be justified here and for that reason it's a bad match

@Greg_G.3338 ай бұрын
Absolutely. He moved and broke the entire Devon's frame from an absolutely perfect position for Devon, which means Gena were not even close to burnout - on contrary he only got warmed up well. Looks like Gena has slower adaptation mechanisms, not low stamina - i have the same physiology. First i feel fatigue rather quickly, but give me few minutes and i'm back for a long game in full power. Most people have this adaptation kick in pretty fast, but some people need time to kickstart it. Gena's aware of this aspect of his physiology so he intentionally gave away 1 round at 22:22 to let his adaptation mechanisms the time needed to wake up. It was a strategic retreat Devon misinterpreted as Gena's burn out and started celebrating way ahead of time. Gena turned out to be not only strong but also pretty smart armwrestler. An amazing fight it was.

1. Thanks engin for ONCE again Uniting regions together to give us such amazing matches. Keep up the good work. 2. Refs make mistakes. But in this case it was a huge one because it potentialy cost devon a win from 1 wrong foul call(genadi actually made foul there 5secs before) 3. This is the first time seeing devon actually NOT lacking power. He was ALMOST as strong as genadi and generally devon is noticably weaker than his opponents. This time tho...damn he didnt lack. 4. Genadi was a beast. He is a guy who sees a light in the darkest moments...wow he never gives up no matter what.(ex. Dave chaffee match). 5. We want to see the REMATCH. I believe its really 50/50(its all depended on who gets the shoulder in first and the setup tbh) 6. Even tho devon loses after so much HYPE/Friendly trash talk..he always manages to stay a winner in peoples hearts.😂A true ambassador and inspiration even for top atheletes. He knows how to speak,express and bring passion and love to the sport. Waiting for the next EAST VS WEST Thanks engin. You are the man!❤

Round 1, Devon pulls for 48 seconds straight and nearly pins Genadi, and then the refs were extremely bias and fouled him to save Genadi's skin. 48 seconds of pulling just to drain Devon's endurance and grant Genadi a fresh restart shows the referee bias.
