I wouldn't say he makes him look like a rookie, when he was forced to press to beat Devon in round one. The strength gap isn't as big as you think. One thing I will say is that Devon's defense against the press is a huge weakness, this is shown against both Levan and Genadi. He needs to learn to press himself. Because Levan used larger muscle groups to stretch Devon out in round one. If Devon could do the same things would be much different.

Most the big boy heavyweights are taking copious amounts of stuff so why is levan on a whole other level? He is just flat out better. Keep in mind juiced lifters in powerlifting generally lift about 15-25% more it's not like you 2x your strength with gear. This is the only strength sport where I see people cry about gear use nobody cares in powerlifting nobody cares in strongman nobody cares in Olympic lifting its all just a big cope I'm my opinion. I think Devon's setup in the first round was better. Yes, in the other rounds his got he hand deeper inside of Levan's hand, but i don't think Levan really minds that since his pronator is so incredible strong. I think Devon's setup shenanigans didn't help him vs Levan. Levan's fingers were lower on devon's hand, making it easier for him to flex his wrist, which in turn allowed him to use his other strengths more efficiently.
