LowinBayrod Isha is Nurgle’s prisoner and test subject for his new poisons and diseases. The Eldar believe that even in captivity Isha manages to help mortals, sabotaging Nurgle’s work. The wife thing is a dark joke among fans, and Alfabusa uses it as such. I believe it actually being real would be too disgusting, even for WH40k.

That clown is Cegorach, the Eldar Laughing God, those Solitaires he mentioned are some of his followers, the harlequins, they do acting, the Solitaires are the only ones that can play the part of Slannesh. Also that green armoured guy was Vulkan, 18th son of the Emperor, primarch of the Salamanders, the former 18th legion, also that guy with the cape and the hammer was Tu'Shan, chapter master of the Salamanders, and the guy with the fire spear was He'Stan, 3rd captain and forgefather of the Salamanders, he also has three artifacts of Vulkan, a gauntlet on his arm, a helm with a burning hand, and a flaming spear, also the black and silver guy was Corvus Corax, 19th son of the Emperor, Primarch of the Raven Guard, the former 19th Legion, and that skost is Ferris Manus, tenth son of the Emperor, Primarch of the tenth legion, the Iron Hands, he died during the Drop Site Massacre on Istvann V, where the Iron Hands, Salamanders, and Raven Guard, as well as the respective primarchs of the latter two legions were almost destroyed by the Sons of Horus, Emperor's Children, Alpha Legion, Word Bearers, Death Guard, World Eaters, and Night Lords, at the hands of Fulgrim no less, his favorite brother, who some ship him with, he appears when some of the primarchs are kinda losing it, like when Vulkan and Corax saw him. Also that astropath Calgar was talking about not allowing an screentime is half ELDAR. Another thing, when Sicarius got angry, that's his normal voice apparently. And when Kitten said "me mom was a tube" that makes most people think that Kitten is a Primarch, primarily one of the missing two, either the 2nd or 11th. One last thing, when the strip-stodes brought those books were part of the podcasts that they have made. Okay, so this episode sets up two spin-offs. The main one is BROTRIP!!!!! It's a (so far) two part ongoing series following Vulkan and Corvus' journey to Terra. The other is Episode 0 of If The Emperor Had A Podcast. It's a series that delves into the ACTUAL lore on various topics related to 40K. In Episode 0, they talk about (as I'm sure you guessed) the White Scars space marine chapter. As for the opening, that requires a bit of explanation. The Body Oil Brigade were at the Black Library, a craftworld hidden in the deepest, darkest depths of the Eldar Webway. The Black Library contains all the information that the Eldar have gathered about Chaos since the fall of their empire. It is also the namesake of Games Workshop's publishing wing. The clown-thing is Cegorach, The Laughing God. He is one of only 3 Eldar gods known to have survived the birth of Slaanesh. He is the patron deity of the Eldar Harlequins, and his goals and motivations are mysterious, to say the least. He is implied here to be the guardian of the Black Library. The Sister of Battle is Ephrael Stern, also know as The Daemonifuge. She was the subject of one of Games Workshops first serialized comic stories. Her order was destroyed by Slaanesh because they were trying to gather knowledge to destroy Chaos, but her sisters managed to protect their discoveries and magically downloaded all of their knowledge into her. After wandering the galaxy trying to find purpose, she eventually made her way to the Black Library, which, as a repository for anti-chaos info, was the perfect place for her. It should also be noted that she was recently alluded to in Phoenix Rising, the first of the Psychic Awakening GW campaign books.

That Clown is one of the last Gods of Eldar, God of Laughter. The second is Khaine which is similiar to Khorn buuuuuuuuut it is Eldar god. Rest of Eldar gods are in Slanessh's stomach and Isha, one of the Eldar gods and one of the most important, only survived because of Nurgle who will shelter her if she became his bride
