Awesome video, I tried this for the first time tonight after seeing it in the grocery and thought it would be fun to try, on serious thing it taste realllllllllll good but had my eyes watering and tongue burning. I did not have milk tho cooled it down with some nice cold homemade sorrel :D after about 45minutes to an hour I was back to normal.

I have some tips, ice! Get a bowl with ice. Don't study milk, get ice and water! Don't use chopsticks like I did because it will make you slurp in the noodles and it rubs on your lips! Don't touch your face!! Don't stop, after 1 bite drink something if you need but keep going, finish it and cry after 😭 The burn doesn't last as long as raw pepper though, but it's damn spicy!
