sir ji, mai jr software eng role p hu lasrt 2 yrs se and now devops p switch krne ka soch rha hu.. so in the resume merepe only apne prev org jha soft eng hu uska exp hai, but devops k projects maine kr rkhe hain but unko mai apne work exp section p to add nhi kr skta in the resume bcz those are like personal projects. so apka kya view rhega on this for someone who is switching into devops from other roles. resume mai work ezp under hi devops k points add krle ya personal projects section mai add kare. bcz agr work exp m add krle then it is like fake exp n all but if personal proejcts m kre then interview calls nhi ayenge . Kindly help me and tell us any solution, and mai sure hu it'll also help lot other people with the same situation.
