Just started listening, just a few minutes in. I'm designing Tarot cards and, after pondering the meanings of the cards for some time, I have come to the conclusion that the essence of the Cups suit is all about Devotion. Not "love" or "psychic sensitivities" or any of the other "stuff" .. but, instead, good old-fashioned Devotion. The True Holy Grail.

Very interesting but it's not realistic. Most of the humans are not spychologicaly mature or emotional receptive to the point of understanding about receptivity of devotion.Or have the capacity for giving it. You are talking about highly developed individuals, 2 % of the population, maybe ? People are not traumatized emotionally always, most of them, are simply egomaniacs. And even sometimes they are build with the "luck"to attract people who are capable of giving devotion to them, but they don't care . And what happen when you are the one devoted for years and years and always ends up drained and frustrated ? Maybe your lesson in this life is not give to anyone or anything with devotion, just to yourself. The reality is, energies are not reciprocal, and/or are not working in that way here on earth, because ,that's the way people learn certain lessons, giving and not receiving or receiving but not giving. We have time limit here on earth, devotions requires years and years ,and you are lucky if you find reciprocation, but reality is, it doesn't work most of the time. So, I agreed, we should give with all that we have in certain situations, but we should know when to leave also when is time to say goodbye because it is not working.

Heya Ernst lemme know if this is an easy comment for you to make, no worries if not. I believe I may be a man from whom devotion flows in partnership/marriage. I have a woman who is devoted to me, but I do not feel the same devotion to them. Like that student to yogananda, they're almost a nuisance even though I love and care about them. (They have their love addictive tendencies mind you, i feel we connected in the trauma way you've mentioned ie compensating for lack of parental love.) After much meditative deliberation i feel they are something that's been distracting me from greater devotions to Kriya Yoga, astrology, and finding a partner who is less... compulsive, more stable. They have me feeling like i'm incapable of devotion when it is staring me in the face, as they've said. Here's the main question: Is it possible my devotion to greater things is obstructed by my romanticizing her devotion to me? Should HER devotion to me stop me from being objective about MY lacking devotion to her? I have tried to break with her like 10 times in 3 years. She always convinces me that I did not see the relationship in its truest light, that I am lacking in devotional capacity, although I feel i'm capable of it, just not with her. I am over the trauma bond but she wont break with me amicably and I care for her at a soul level, i'm just not that devoted to her.

I have recently watch your video on debilitated planets and cancellation of debilitation sir, it was amazing insights. I do have a question having since I have two debilitated planets itself in my chart. Like Venus debilitated in 10th house has a positive point that planet is in 10th house which is good house for any planet it is. But can exchange of sign called parivartan yoga in this case my Mercury in Libra retro is this cancel debilitation? Similarly my sun is in libra i don't see any cancellation of sun but it has dig Bala being in 11th house thus near to 10th house but it's dispositor is 10th from lagna but is debilitated itself is this cancel debilitation? Can sun give good results in it's dasha?

Once the Rashi sequence ends (let’s say it starts in Aries and you calculate through Pisces), do you restart at the starting dasa and continue or do you start at the following sign.
