And this is why if you want something to come true, you don’t tell anyone about it 😳

Lily has no ability to "change" the lottery numbers, only observe them.

I think this is just a flaw in the analogy. There is an effect of the observer on the system. This idea is brought up multiple times in the show. The observer causes decoherence or the collapse of the wave function in a quantum system

Well, for some people who watched the series, this means Speed_Sable has changed what they had seen, even though they had already seen it. This is how the universe works.

I think she was able to toss the gun because in the simulation, it wasn't actually her who made them fall. She shot Forest, but it was still Stewart who broke the elevator, not her. We're still on the tram lines, we can wobble the tram a bit and change the local trajectory, but no event that matters will change

Devs asks the question: Do we have free will if God already knows what we are going to do?

If you believe in god that is the teachings of his word. That literally means they're people created for the purpose of being damned. Regardless, once you start to see the world as deterministic it can become a world within reason and logic but difficult to revert back to the time before. I truly believe that the birth of god derives from a perverse use of terminology that throughout the years simply replaced the word "beginning" with "god." One might ask why and to that I say study the bible at face value without religious bias. The book is a how to manual of self enslavement to it's cause with the use of faith that only comes into play when you are asked to act against your own well being. Jesus literally says "slaves obey your master."

You did not understand it. The whole idea is determinism. They are already seeing future that is changed by them seeing the future.

@@ilqar887 Their ability to see in the future stopped at certain point. Just about the moment they walk into the elevator. This is why they thought it ends by girl killing the guy ( sorry forgot the character names ). But in fact it was the dropping of elevator that killed them.

I felt the whole set up was non- realistic and very cult like with no central dogma. But we didn’t learn more about other people working there so it’s difficult to know more about the Amaya company and how those people who we were not introduced to us affect the future. The people are non specific; the emphasis being mostly on their decisions. But I felt the whole thing could be a simulation. 😘

This comment is word-salad. You made no sense. "The people are non specific" ... what?
