Be wary of the Android V380 app if it asks if you want to update the camera firmware, it worked fine the first couple times over the past couple years but yesterday another firmware update was offered and it bricked the camera, wont connect to anything even over USB on PC.

Why does it not record constantly even when set at continuous recording? The minute you do something else on your device the camera stops recording! So it looks like it only records while you are actually on the app !! The minute you use your device such as reading email or whatsapp then recording stops! Does it not simply record while not actually using the app???

Thanks also for the link to the English version of the software. One question however if you please. When the program starts (on Windows 10) V380 software says that a new version is available. Is it safe to update the current version or will it revert to displaying in Chinese again?

I got t]he software working. Just a hint...if you have the cameras up and sync'ed with your phone, you can use the lan feature and it will sync all of your cams at the same time. The problem I have is this: It looks like the software can handle 16 cams , but I have 11 and can't get it to show any more than nine. If anyone knows how to get it to run 16 cams, it would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
