V380 For Windows 10 Setup PROBLEMS

The application does not show the video, only the tone sounds.
It's connected but there is no picture of the fun.
Please help me to reset the problem

I do have the same problem. Im using win8. It solved when i change compatibility software to run as win7 compatibility. After changed to win7 compatibility, restart software. I hope this step might be help more and less.

The problem only happens on virtual machines or without a video card or when using the program remotely. I am looking for a solution to this problem because I would just like to leave this application running on a virtual machine.

Yes you are right about that, it is not working without a graphic card which is annoying me and i am frustrated in the search of an alternative software to view v380 cameras. still no success Would be good to know what solution did you find.

The latest version 1.2.5.780 works well on me rn windows 10. The language setting is located on the setting... Click the icon of a setting in the upper right, then look the 4th column option and click the box and you will see English

Hi there, I would like to share that I am also having the same issue and saw this channel. So I will be sharing how I am able to make it work just now. I do not know if this will work for you but I am having this problem for about a week now. So what I am using is an old Lenovo T400 laptop with windows 7 os. I do not have any problems with my other unit aside from this one since I have decided to use this laptop for CCTV monitoring with V380 for pc. I've tried every update and found out that you just need a graphic driver for it to work. I just open up my windows update and saw that there is one available update for my laptops graphic accelerator. The name of the software for the update that I just installed was "Intel(R) Graphic Media Accelerator for Mobile." I didn't make any changes on the settings I just installed it and restated my laptop that's it. I don't know if this will for you but hope this will help you to figure out yours. Thank you.

This OLD videos should be removed . it helps nobody anymore. My Cam was working fine with this app for about a month, after it doesnt anymore ---- V380 SUCKS ... its working on my phone but who wants to stare in the phone all day long if he has a monitor on pc
