You are right on with the 60's dressing and makeup. I went to high school 66 - 70, and you could pop back and fit right in with my girlfriends and me. I'm fascinated by the fact that some young people are interested in the era. It was an interesting time to be a teen; I think we were the first generation that was not like our parents. We had a blast!

I strictly wear vintage 70’s whenever possible, I have over 100 pairs of Bellbottoms, and I’ve been collecting and wearing these clothes since the 90’s, but vintage stuff in LA is sometimes unusually pricey, considering the demand for it down since the 90’s.

Thrifted a white, angora type fedora about this time last year, love it!!! That little bag with the matching scarf is darling. I'm plus size and that suede skirt and jacket is fantastic! You made me think of Jane Birkin and her basket she always carried around. Love her style. Nice haul!

Where do you find most of your vtg/donated tights and socks? It’s been the hardest part of not buying fast fashion for me, usually goodwill and savers only stock new tights around Halloween and don’t seem to accept donated tights

Aw I think everyone can look beautiful in 60s & 70s clothes! But to start wearing vintage more regularly, I would add little bits in gradually. Start with accessories and style it with more modern items. You can even wear a vintage top with more modern bottoms to mellow out the look. 💗

Go into the older parts of town! Where older folks live, usually 60-100. They have the BEST thrift clothes. Everything is clean, kept in almost new condition, and very inexpensive. I live in Arizona and Sun City thrift stores are fantastic!

I'm really enjoying your videos and fashion sense/style.. want to start off by saying that because I don't want to start off with a negative. One option for vintage fur is to donate it to a wildlife rescue, little abandoned baby animals really respond well to the real fur. Wearing it is still inspiring the fashion trend to continue, please, please stop wearing fur. Otherwise you are awesome.
