If I remember correctly we had something similar. It’s probably the paddle. It’s not well balanced. Try switching to a Refina 8”. Much better paddle. A lot more mixes to a battery charge.

I just got the DCD130 60v Flexvolt Mixer/Drill and is it the best mixer iv ever used and not nearly as big as the one your using. Check it out. I use it everyday and the battery goes all day have yet to drain it in a day.

Hi Alex just bought the dewalt 240v mixer absolutely brilliant do you know if the quick change paddle adapter would work with mine it’s a 160mm paddle thx?

Hi Mick the quick adapter connects to the standard threaded nut that your paddle fixes too. I think it’s either an m10 or m12. Something like that. Either way it’s generic used across the board. The adapter is superb. Definitely worth the money.

The 6ah doesn’t effect its power. Just it’s run time.

Definitely not. It will need a flex volt battery for it to run at full capacity. You will be burning through a Battery every mix using non flex volt ones.

You can get these much cheaper now take a look on eBay You can buy the batteries and everything separate I’ve just purchase the drill for £ 296 1 battery 9 ah for £ 109 and a fast charger for £ 20 I’ll be buying another battery when I get a few more quid My son has one of these and it’s so smooth and fast
