Great job but one issue: once you have done this you can no longer adjust the speed of the screwdriver. There is only the maximum speed depending on the gear chosen, so how make that is possible?

Master Yousun, greetings. That was a great Battery modification. NiMH batteries are so notorious to fail while working. Sanyo Li-Ion batteries are very stable and lasts longer. We didn’t get to see the BMS wire connection to the board. What type of BMS is that? Please provide model number. Thank you 🙏🏽

Great job! Did you somehow bypass the original bms to use the factory pins/connection to the tool, or did you use something else for that main connection?

Battery pack output is connected to the BMS output port.

@@yousun2827 I put same batterues from a toshiba and work good, i think they have like around 2000mAh, but i tested other batteries which have 4000mAh and worked even better.

I use Sanyo UR18650RX 1800mAh, 2P 3600mAh.

@@yousun2827 I made two batteries for my drill is a makita 9.6V but i put 12v, i think there's no problem so, for the 1st one i used sanyo UR18650V with 1900mAh in a 3s 2p arrangement For the 2nd one i used Panasonic NCR18650 with 2900mAh in the same way, and i'm happy with the results

Now my principal problem is how can i put off the chuck, i've already removed the inverse thread screw and i tried putting an allen and hitting with a hammer but it didn't work and i put some wd 40 but it keeps same

why did not I use the A123sistems 26650 LiFePo4 ? no BMS, or similar cells you are not available? You have a lot of them in China. Your cells do not have enough current for the instrument.

I have used ANR26650M1B, The disadvantages are expensive and low capacity. Original BMS is bad. Sanyo UR18650RX Battery internal resistance 12mohm and capacity 1800mAh. Continuous discharge 15A. 15A*2, 30A*36V, 1080W is enough for the tool to use.

I just use the output of the white module BMS, the BMS itself does not work, I am using another BMS. Not compatible with the original charger after DIY.
