This video gave me the confidence to rebuild two 24v Ridgid battery packs using 21700 cells. I also rebuilt two 18650 packs and two Ni-Cad packs. I used an Arduino spot welder from Malectrics. Everything is working great so far and it seems I have all new battery packs. Thank you!

This video skips the hard parts; de-soldering the bms board tabs and then removing the board is diabolical as is the reattachment, aligning the tabs to fit is nicely skipped as well. Add another hour or two to this and you'll be closer.

Батареи разряжены были до 1,8 ,что является ниже кретического значения .А значит батареи пришли в негодность .И показательное красивое табло планшета ,не заменить ,обыкновенного прибора на замер сопротивления батарей . да возможно ,для UPS ,эти батареи ещё немного проработают ,но сколько выдадут при нагрузках и как долго вопрос открыт ?

Mr. Yousun, Greetings. Taking the reading of Internal Resistance of a cell, if they are not fully charged , you will get WROMG reading. IR is measured ONLY when the cell is charged fully or at least @ 3.7v.
