normally its not a big job, just take off the security screw and replace the new disc, if you do a few times alone will be easy later. just pay attention to hold the screw correctly. the machine can hold alone with using! dont worry about this

when its not holded strong you can taje take off with hand, but you have to hold good and strong

Question after you tighten the blade is it still a little loose? Like does it move a bit up an down? I’ve got the exact same grinder an no matter what I do the wheel never tightens all the way down.

up and down not. just right and left a little bit. try to place the things correctly to the place. maybe something is not placed perfectly.
