I run a Milwaukee adapter that was purchased from Amazon for a 3rd of the price and came next day also, same exact thing , they also have dewalt adapters also , I run a 5.0 battery and i been on lake 6 hours with no issues and still have battery life on the 5.0 These adapters are just a mold for battery to fit with a ground and positive wire, nothing fancy, only thing worth it from Seelite would be the voltage regulator for lowrance or hummingbirds

@kingachybraky9 ай бұрын
You are better off with a LiTime 12v 100ah LiFePO4 in your forward compartment and carrying it inside to charge during cold weather. Running your graphs on higher volts does not improve the picture you get. Dropping below 12v does. And it can damage your graph permanently. I have a double battery hack with six 20v5ah batteries and six chargers for sale. When we added a 126SV to the bow we started having problems keeping it, the 102SV originally there, and the livescope powered up. A guide friend of ours showed us his setup and recommended the batteries. Only drawback is you have to haul it inside to charge it in winter. BUT it only weighs 22 pounds!! ONE of these Li Time batteries cost a little more than ONE DeWalt 20v10ah.

Its probably close enough to fall within the fudge room that all specs take into account. I risked it because one i seen others do this on the uhd units and it worked and i am still within my cabelas replace for any reason period lol. I am a diy guy so i used molded pvc to make my own holder for 3 porter cable batteries since thats the tools i have. I put 3 20v 2ah in parallel. Have not had a chance to fish with it yet. I wanted to run my GLS10 black box alone on a Dewalt battery. I used 10 gauge wire and a 12V rocker switch between the battery and the black box, but when I turned it on, it would always blow the 7.5 inline fuse that came with the Garmin power cable. Should I change the fuse to one with greater amperage or should I do something else?
@leesmith9942 Жыл бұрын
If you change the fuse to a higher one you will probably damage your unit. I would look at the specifications of the voltage range in the owners manual. If it's like my 75sv it has a range from 9-18 volts. I have 18v Milwaukee batteries and wouldn't dare hook my unit up to one.
