I am totally impressed.! Im an industrial electrician from Texas and this is much needed in my craft. He mention pvc coated ridged pipe which I’ve worked with. That tool would’ve definitely help at the time

I love mine, Light commercial and residential Contractor HVAC, gas piping with the Dewalt tool saves space in the trailer also, or toss in the serv truck for smaller jobs and remodels. No more carrying around the messy tripod. Now they should come up with a new Vise that collapses better and saves space than the rigid ones!

When you thread conduit it is to be straight pipe thread correct? Are the dies for this unit straight thread or are the dies adjustable to make straight thread! I ask this because the conduit I buy at Lowe's looks to be straight thread!

they don't sell or make extra batteries. talked to sales at corporate. you're screwed after initial purchase, had mine for 2 years. 2" die is useless just chews up after 4-5 threads

What was the material of the pipe? As an industrial electrician we thread stainless steel pipes
@stephenrosenthal52523 жыл бұрын
As an industrial electrician myself. I would have to say that we thread galvanized rigid pipe far more often. I'm thinking that you do plant maintenance at a food safe facility. And that you are not actually an industrial electrician. No industrial electrician would have made your comment making it sound like all we thread is stainless
