Now it has updated as Aptitude test&Adaptation is now in hospital also. Its upto the hospitals and nursing homes. Some hospitals have adaptation some will have aptitude 👍🏻

I DOB in birth certificate is 25/03/1985 and My other all certificates DOB is 16/03/1985. Is it mandatory for birth certificate is irland?
