The evolution for Refectio one shots certain bosses when it triggers that "purification" AoE (the big light that comes from the bottom of the screen). I wonder if that also one-shots the Reaper? The timing seems to line up for that big number at 39:35.

The "new secrets" are added to the secrets menu. A lot of them rely on really obscure Castlevania trivia to decode, so no one will blame you for looking them up.

sanctuary causes your character to purify any undead creatures, so it can one shot the reaper, provided if it's ability gets triggered, basically that holy light that appears from underneath you. Next is spoilers so don't read further if you want to have a fully blind experience: Sanctuary is also required to unlock certain new characters in the game with its purification ability. so keep that in mind once you start doing secrets in the game.

The mace evolution does extreme critical damage. When I was playing the game, it wouldn't crit often but when it did it did big numbers and slowed down my game for a moment. I wonder if that was doing it, but it didn't show the damage from it's super crits.

Dex you can stop Hail From The Future spawning fingers by sealing the fingers. Also i really recommend for the DLC running it on Endless and just quitting when your happy with your progress. makes checking evolutions so much easier.

For the next phase, here's your *spoiler-free* (meaning I will not tell you anything you can't find without opening the game yourself) tips for progressing: 1) There are hints for using both the wolf heads and the Dominus stuff in the Unlocks menu. 2) Based on what I've seen, you _should_ have access to unlock the remaining characters at this point. All that remains is the grind, although a lot of them are gated behind various "secrets".

Maybe you need to get the 3 head of cerberus to evolve them and if my memory is not bad, there is 3 dominus who are representing the power of dracula. Other fact, when you go see dracula in the end of the stairs, there is a little dot brown. I don't know if there is but in the castlevania game, hitting this dot would reveal a secret stairs. (Last thing, i wonder if it's not dracula himself who did the insane amount on the reaper. I think it's him because when you fight dracula in the game where he has the form, he has an attack with his hand/claw who One shot you if you don't attack them sufficiently enough)

I don't think it dealt 914 million damage. I would say that the numbers just overlapped with each other. This is backed up by the fact that the weapon that dealt the most damage, dealt only 156 million.

Na, non-overlapping numbers never line up perfectly and you can see their size change differently. Technically its possible, but the Reaper had: 655k x 277 = 181m HP For the rest of the number this could be Curse - but in my experience the Reaper HP is unaffected by that similar to Atlanteans despite that their movement speed is affected - or a multiplier like our +691% Might, but that would be a 7.91 multiplier, which doesn't check out. This is why I said the endscreen is simply wrong, because killing 3 Reapers would mean there must be at least 543m damage listed and given how fast he died, it must have been 1 weapon with a nuke. If you pause at 38:55, you can see an equally large number with 893136960 or 893m, and if you use the comma and dot on the keyboard to go frame by frame, you can see it'S 1 whole number
