@@piyapatkhunthula3263 "To put a spin on" is an idiom or verb phrase I guess, and it means to give a certain meaning or interpretation to. A (media) "spin-off" is usually when a book, TV, movie etc. gets a new production, especially when it changes focus on characters or other aspects. (in business, it means something else) I guess the most relevant example here for a Dexter's Lab spin-off would be if "Dial M for Monkey", and "Justice Friends" got their own movie. I'm not entirely sure if that's a good example since many of the Dexter's Lab episodes already had plenty of those segments in season 1 and 2.
