Quinn was the worst Villain in the series and he seemed to have came out of no where. Unless there's part of the story I don't remember. For the longest time season 5 ending got to me as well, but there wasn't suppose to be a season 5 so they had to change something. I didn't and don't like the whole "leave it to the viewers to decide how things happened" ending because it didn't seem to fit the show with how they laid things out. They gave the fans the happy ending they wanted in season 4, something needed to be different. It seemed they had to choose between changing the happy ending or take a dump on the shows core and say "Nope, Sarah and Chuck will no longer be together!"

Chris Pickrell Not at all, sir! I'm just about to wrap my first round of the series up in a couple episodes and I imagine watching it over again myself. It's now one of my favorite series, I can understand the tendency to analyze each part of it when it's clearly a favorite. I didn't watch the whole video yet, but I just want to comment on Yvonne and Chuck + Dexter. Dexter was the first show I ever got hooked to independently, even though I drifted away for unknown reasons. I did come back to it and is one of my favorite shows of all time. Really, it gives a unique perspective of social interaction and morality that I find intriguing. However, an amazing friend of mine recommended Chuck to me and after watching it...just...wow. What a show, no what an EXPERIENCE. I honestly believe this show was blessed by God because the amount of love that was generated from the whole project is just a wonder to see and the fans are among the most fervent I've ever seen. Yvonne did AMAZING in Chuck, absolutely fucking amazing(excuse my French). I expected much less talent tbh, but wow she really made me FEEL that she was emotional when she was emotional, strong when she was strong, and all the rest. Like...I dare say she did the role perfectly; what else could I have asked for? Her chemistry with Zac Levi was absolutely enchanting, I really believe that they have feelings for each other in real life, idc what anyone says. I'm legit mad that they aren't together right now, that's how much this shit impacted me. So thank you to Yvonne, you'll always be Sarah Walker to me. Even though you also did great in your short time doing Dexter, your role as Sarah Walker really should be remembered for all time. No it's not because you're an absolutely gorgeous woman with an adorable smile, it's because of your nature, humanity, and how you are able to manifest the spirit of Sarah Walker that touches everyone who is lucky enough to experience it. Although you are just one diamond in the sea of jewels that is Chuck, your diamond is unique and unlike any other in the world. Wait wtf? I was gonna type one sentence....guess my feelings for this show bled into this a little. I'm a sad, strange, little man; have my pity, farewell!

For the first time in my life I keep watching Chuck again and again, as if being mesmerized. After watching Yvonne in Chuck, you don't see her in her other roles. There is only one role existing for her, that is Chuck's. You can see my review of Chuck in Imdb.com I think she is a true diamond in Hollywood and a very underestimated one. What she accomplished in Chuck, the level of beauty, charisma, feeling, love, fierceness she showed will be carved in stones. I am incredibly late to the Yvonne Strahovski party and aside from the obviously fantastic aforementioned qualities etc, etc, etc.... this is the first interview I have seen with Ms. Strahovski where she becomes relaxed with the interviewer by placing her hands on the tabletop halfway through and inducing that smile that can melt icebergs (good thing she's Australian). Reza E I don’t agree. I loved her in Chuck and I loved that show but she has played so many roles that really showed how amazing she is. She was awesome in Chuck of course, but her other work is also amazing. Like the work she did on Dexter, in the episode with her father... I mean, when she broke down like that... so good. She had a few of the more dramatic scenes in Chuck, like the Thailand episode when she thinks he’s dying... but I like that she can play other characters too and that’s what every actress wants to do. And she can become someone without Zachary Levi by herself. And now she’s in the Handmaid’s tale and has been nominated for a golden globe which just shows that she’s been recognized, and that’s a show that’s very well known, that a lot more people have watched. And she gets to play such a complex character who is both kind of evil, but also vulnerable and a victim. Every scene she does there is captivating and so intense that you just can’t look away. And there are some movies where she really shines too, even if they’re not very well known and very indie, but they show how versatile she can be. Right now I’m looking forward to the next season of Handmaid’s tale, The tomorrow war, and stateless, a new show set in Australia. I’m excited to see what more she can do! And with knew shows, movies and seasons come hopefully more interviews lol Though I’ll have to add that not all celebs want to be constantly in the spotlight, some don’t do this for fame. Some do this simply because it’s what they love to do and it shows with her work. Wow, this was a long comment lol

I couldn't disagree more. From a narrative perspective, their relationship made no sense; she was everything that Dexter aligned himself against. I really think seasons 1-5 are up there with the best television of all-time (3 was definitely weak but you can't skip it because it's too important, both with regards to some of the events that occur as well as just being nestled in there between 2 incredibly high quality seasons on both sides). Season 5 is in the running as one of my favorite seasons of all-time; I'd put his relationship with Lumen as the strongest romantic pairing on the show. Again, up there with any show. It made sense on paper and Julia Stiles was incredible. As much as I love Strahovski, as interesting as her character could have been, I think seasons 7 and 8 were so botched with regards to where the writers ended up going with her character, with her relationship with Dexter, and with the story in general. Once she tried to kill Deb, it should've been over; she should've been on Dex's table the next day. I'd guess that most people who liked Yvonne's relationship with Dexter did so because of Yvonne and were willing to overlook (consciously or subconsciously) the bad writing because they like(d) the actress so much.
