I know guys in their mid 20's doing 2 hrs of cardio a day getting ready for a show. Still barely losing weight. This shredded old man at 45 is doing 20 mins on a bike and then says its not even for the fat burning LoL

Couldn't be more true. While some people may say it's a lot of genetics, Dexter just doesn't like to get fat in the offseason so that may be his "secret" to not doing lot of cardio. And his diet is fucking insane. Same meals every day so no @Tim J, it ain't just "genetics"

Man, this is so cool and surreal. Dexter always been my favorite for years, super long time. But every time I seen him in a video like this or interview back in the day he was very short spoken and secretive. The people really respect the honesty and transparency, especially from a guy like Dex who everyone looks up to. A few years ago he started being more open and I am so glad he did. I am so glad he is doing this series and youtube game, as well. Good luck at the O, Dex. I met "The Blade" back in November, 2004. I was competing in Quincy Roberts' Elite Muscle Classic, Greensboro, N.C. Dexter Jackson was the guest poser. He was in a bit of a bad mood that day. Less than one month earlier, Dex placed fourth in the 2004 Mr. Olympia, behind Coleman, Cutler, and Gustavo Badell. Who got the last laugh there? I met Dexter backstage. I was the unfortunate, unprepared guy who posed immediately following Quincy's own guest posing routine. To say I froze up and choked would be an understatement. I placed below dead last. However, it was an important learning experience, and an honor to meet, not only an IFBB professional bodybuilder, but, much more importantly, a future Mr. Olympia. Congratulations on all your success, Champ. Godspeed.

Bodybuilding is a billion dollar industry, At thr age you can get prescriptions for the majority of the gear they need. And there isn't anything wrong with steroids? Wasn't until the 90's they outlawed it because of it being increasingly more popular in sports. But in bodybuilding it's always been accepted because it's what people want to see.
