Dexter sir you can feed this to goldfish and koi carp they also eat it. I also used to feed azolla to my goldfish.

Azolla have multi uses, it can be fed to pigs, chickens, ducks even cows and goats... Azolla helps increase the milk production of the cows and goats.... It helps to enhance the colors of the goldfish and koi fish

I saw once in south Africa that to make the weight in process easier one should just put a paper bag in their heads blocking their view. They rely 90% on their vision and only 10% on other senses. I hope it helps you in your farm dexter

Regular duckweed has good nutrients too. It might be even easier to grow.

Do you have Moringa oleifera (Malunggay) Tree on your farm if not try it as it grows fast & your animals will love it & profit from eating it as well. Great post waiting the next one

Ingenious idea, go ahead with the plantation Also, have You considered creating a large black fly farm, the larvae will supplement the chickens for extra organic food source. Any larvae will do, but a black fly farm is Supposed to be the most reliable. Kindest of regards from Ireland

It seems the most successful farmers grow most of the food for their animals. Many even grow extra and sell some.

I found some of this growing wild in just one spot in the next town over but it was purple and green. Do you know anything about a purple n green azzola? It's at least twice as thick as duck weed and was growing in a river with frosted edges. Never knew what it was.

Good morning Dexter and other subscribers. Thanks for sharing the video. I did nor know that the parakeets and chickens eat the Azolla. It is called Duck weed here in Trinidad, so i know ducks feed on it, my koi fish love it, and it provides shade particularly for the live birth fish, like mollies, guppies etc. Thanks for sharing particularly abour the parakeets
