Apartment Bill quality is absolutely atrocious. Many agents are accepting offers 38% below asking. The whole area is a ghost town. The only people there are new immigrants. I interviewed 40 people. Average age 35. Main countries of origin, China and India. average time here in Australia 1.5 years.

Ridiculous asset bubbles are "great" till they aren't. Hopefully both gold/silver translate into fantastic gains (many multiples on markets) if you can handle the risk/reward. Appreciate your comments.
