Cor's preemptive he does when an ally attacks is counted as an on-turn attack (inside the ally's turn). Weiss seems to be the same as only his follow-up was triggering the off-turn condition of his FR, his own preemptive was not.

@@Cibanti Well it still doesn't make sense since on 8:28 Cor Attack did have the additional HP damage from Weiss BT effect. Unless it only trigger when you doing ST attacks. After checking Simply Lost run i think it's just some bug since in his video Cor was getting Weiss BT effect the entire BT phase.

@@DaveeeDavee oh sorry, I'm a big dummy. You were talking the BT effect, but for some reason in my mind I heard FR and thought you were talking about the FR conditions and what fulfills them. So your question is about the extra damage Weiss' BT gives when reaching the HP damage cap on an HP attack, right? Yeah that one seems like a really tricky one to know if it is triggering correctly or not... Is it not happening because I'm not reaching the condition or because it is bugged? I guess the easiest way to tell which one it is would be to slap Quina's BT next to Weiss'.

FF7 is unfortunately stacked with potential reps due to all the extended media. There's still Tseng and Elena from the Turks, Rufus Shinra, the rest of the Tvsiets, Loz and Yazoo, Genesis, and Red XIII to be added, and that's who I could think of. Wouldn't be surprised if Zangan and Dyne were to be added down the line either, which all together makes *12* possible candidates to be added from FF7 alone. And that's not including weird inclusions like Scarlet, Heidegger or Hojo and goddamit I need to stop before I give myself an aneurysm.
