For the past decade I barely picked up a ball because I turned my focus on being a husband and a father! But all that can really weigh down on you if you don’t find time for yourself! So now I’m glad I decided to get back in it because I realized basketball has always been my place of serenity and peace! Plus having dudes like you with the same passion for hoops and shoes really helps because I have the same play style and wear the same shoe size as yourself! You're right about these having a more wearable colorway for casual wear. I like the toned-down colors that can match with any bottoms. I hoop with kobes, but if I get these, I'll definitely wear them casually. As a 'girl dad' too, for me, this pair should stay clean forever. I didn't expect the monologue part, but I liked it when you said 'lean into what makes you happy,' because that's really what I always do. Even though I'm busy or life gets tough, I still make sure to find time to play basketball because I know it will always save me.
