Idk what it is about my driving instructor, she barely gives me a chance to make my own choice and she chimes in. Which is quite distracting 😂

Mine has started doing this since my test is coming up, I’ve asked him if we can do lessons with minimal help now so that I can start learning to do it on my own. This seems to have worked. It’s about communication, just make sure you’re respectful as some instructors have pretty big egos!

I think at the start it's good, but later on they need to let you learn from your own mistakes. Mistakes are like gifts of gold, as they are things you can prevent the next time round. But of course you need to learn from them, no good to keep making the same mistakes over and over, mistakes need to start dropping as you get nearer the test until they are close to 0.
