Some people may like Taiwanese Castella cake, round, fluffy and a bit jiggly when you smack it or Wedding cakes, those big round extravagant things. But they get sticky-icky a bit too fast for me. I'm more of a Madeira cake guy, a bit firmer so you can just grab it. Good if you really want to work with it. Or, now that you got me thinking, classic Marble cake. Great mix of chocolate and vanilla, mixed is just great, best of both worlds. Also pretty firm and yet moist, if your into that.
