I might be wrong but this is just my opinion.. everyone BUT Minnie is actually dead, their shots almost look like ghosts haunting their death places, EVERYONE BUT MINNIE seems to only have this specific places and never going anywhere else, Yuqi with the stairs probably died on the stairs, Miyeon drown in the pool, she also seems always wet even when applying the lipstick, Shuhua car accident (?), and soyeon probably died in her room.. I'm going wild with this theory haha but maybe this guy killed these girls and Minnie is the only one who figured things out, and if you notice the flashback before Minnie shot the guy you can see everyone flashback (again) except Minnie's (cause she lives) you can see the flashback kinda showing the close ups of other members expression back and forth from the death places to the boat shots.. Minnie was surrounded by the other members on the boat but waking up alone convinced me that everyone else is dead and she (Minnie) just helped them "free their spirit"

@yooralee9451 agreed.. and the thing that convinced me the most that this guy killed them is that when Minnie put the gun on his head, he was also holding the gun and looking down at Minnie like "you wouldn't dare!" Cause the other girls might have tried but failed to do what Minnie did. The point is this guy is a real asshole, manipulative and abusive, which is scary cause this kind of person exists irl :')

Anyone who thinks "ugh this is just another female empowerment song, who needs that anymore" obviously has no idea what the reality of most women is worldwide. Obviously women can and are abusers as well, but the fact is, the vast majority of the time, women are the victims. Anyway, I like your interpretation of the various scenes. I read it as them getting married, not leaving, and the scenes after the wedding being them now living together, trapped in an abusive and loveless marriage, thinking about how to get out of it. I like the idea that the wedding was a representation of their girl dream of the happiest moment of their life that was turned into a nightmare because they were getting married out of fear.

Fantastic song (no surprise there). I love when these girl groups deal with toxic relationships and self worth. I've kind of thought that Blackpink deals with these issues in a lighter way, but Idle deals with them in a darker way. Dreamcatcher also gets dark on serious issues like bullying. These groups can reach young women and men and that's important for the future in Korea. The people who complain about groups talking about female empowerment "too much" are the very ones who are a part, or cause, of the problem. I became a fan of these groups because they're not afraid to take these issues head-on. On a lighter note, I thought about your early videos where you were trying to be careful about your language, but, eventually said the hell with it and just were yourself. And now, you're headed for 70k subs. Not bad for a foul=mouthed reactor. 😎

it's a great day todat IVE /JENNIE and (G)IDLE 3 amoung my favorite GG drop an mv . now i feel than (G)IDLE will never flop they struggle a bit during they're first years but now they drop banger after banger they never miss and they're popularity never stop to grow . i love this song and yes i'am a bit confuse is it Miyeon or Minnie vocals ??? i didn't recognise they're voice here but it's insane yes even if to me that could be better to see DC cover Nightwish if it's (G)IDLE that could be fun .

Just a question, didn't red velvet read the book "c'est la vie" in bad boy, too? It's very famous among those videos no? I guess for many people who are or were in a a*usive relationship can relate so hard on this like myself, so sad... But what I don't get is why are they saying I want that p-s-y-c-h-o-t-i-c kind of love? But to sum this up, this video is like a movie. I have to watch it again and again. And their acting skills are so good. And that sattle switches between the good times and the bad times with their partner... That hit me!
