Fish in lemon sauce and coriander in the oven
3 fish
2 coriander packages
2 large lemons
1 teaspoon overflowing with crushed garlic
1 teaspoon squeeze a cup of oil
Instructions
Ask the butcher to cut two slots on each side of each fish (as in the picture). Rinse the coriander leaves well, chop thinly and transfer to a large pan. Add the juice of two lemons, a teaspoon of salt, a spoonful of crushed garlic, half a cup of oil and mix well.
