Two important comments; (1) How come it is DCK North and South? It should be DCK West and East. (2) The DCK interchange is 3 km before its beautiful main gate. Why? People coming from Karachi will not pass through its Main Entrance but will enter DCK via interchange into Farm Houses sector 1. It is a major flaw of DCK. Interchange should be connected to Main Entrance.

You are wrong about houses being the same style in every sector, same as Europe and America. In Europe and America every fifth and sixth houses are allowed as a same floor plans but not every other house.

actually, He didn't have a clear idea about this all. Let me define. The DCK is designed at a concept of spanish town planning and a theme of villas, therefore initially the map was floated with cul-de-sac streets, but later it was changed into conventional shaped plots and streets, after observing low prices of the plots in market which were facing/touching cu-de-sac (closed end of street with extra land). As of now the elevation of each bungalow is mandatory to be spanish whether you build it yourself.
