Good analysis. PD has himself announced files balloting. Balloting sectors for 10 marlas are D and J block. These are hot blocks of DHA gujranwala. Golden opportunity for files holder. Don't sell their files.

Short Balloting will take place within one year, as per my point of view. Pakistan is on the bank of default. Further Taxes will be imposed on Property Sector, in near future. We have to pay USD:27 Billion to different countries upto 30-Oct-2024. Our Govt. is failed to arrange sufficient arrangements to pay above debt. Our Economy will go down further in future.

Dealers spreading the news of balloting and trying to boost the price of files. I don't think it will work. USD r not coming to the countries, when inflow of usd will come prices will increase. Best of luck for all of them😂
