Bring Someone from Punjab Police and Ask them Questions, this can be some retired or serving officer. 4. Bring Someone from stock exchange of Pakistan. 5. Bring Some Zameendar/Wadeery from Punjab & Sindh, and Ask how they are becoming Filthy Rich without doing anything while Farmer is at Risk or Poverty. 6. Bring Someone Cars Dealership. 7. Bring Someone from IT Sector 8. Relevant to 7, Bring Someone from Universities/Education sector & Ask them why We are stuck in ratta system and why 80% of Computer Science Graduates are not Employable by IT sector. 9. He is just portraying golden picture to get more clients...... Actual fact is that I booked plot in Bahria Gardens Rawalpindi at prime hill top and all installments completed. Then Bahria handed over the phase to DHA Rawalpindi and DHA reallocated plots and my plot was taken.... Booked for 90 Lacs and price of my plot escalated to over 2 Crore in 10+ years... Then was told to take replacement plot which was of market value of 1 Crore only..... This is very common fraud in Bahria, DHA etc

Besides no per defined systems in Pakistan since 77 years, 1000s of property cases in courts, builders fraud, land grabbing, corruption, 4,5 forge files (In fact due to Pakistanis greediness) have totally burred this market too. Co-operative societies corruptions, Bharia town cases have badly ruined Pakistani markets. Many Overseas have lost their investments in Pakistan. Pakistan real estate market are facing hectic challenges due to all these factors. Until we hate digitization unless "corruption ka Game On Hai". It's the choice of Federal Government, whether are they interested to digitalize Pakistan and bring the land record online of whole Pakistan or run the way they are running Pakistan since past 77 years?

Mansoor Saab I’m a fan of your interviews, you always ask good question and then counter question. But this podcast lack any structure the conversation was going nowhere. Your team support / your preparation was not upto your standards. I am a Realtor working In Dubai Real Estate since 2014, your guest approach to answer your question was very causal and he was avoiding / doesn’t know the key insight of how real estate works. This is a very good topic a lot of people Will understand how real estate works. But next time choice of guest should be better a thorough Professional who understand the RE and talk about RE Ethics and how the business should be conducted. Good you mentioned him. That property nama guy Ismaiel is a good example how the realtors are looting the overseas money in a very smart manner. Ismaiel, working as a data operator in Bahria town and went on to become a billionaire in a matter of months that's exactly how they gain profit from real estate. Real estate in Pak is all about looting public money in organised manner. Unfortunately overseas Pakistanis are the actual victims.

Adding one point at 10:19 minutes, refuting the claim of the guest - There are numerous "Ghost Towns" around the world. Flashy developed properties with ZERO occupants, ZERO economy. Studying human civilization, one always sees settlements/societies developing around work ie. Hunters (such as the Red Indian Tribes) following Bison herds, Gatherers (like the Kung Bushmen) following greenery and vegetation. Then we saw civilization dwelling around agriculture in the Fertile Crescent; around Trade Routes, and around ports etc etc. Never has been an example that settlement building first and then economy pouring in afterwards.

It is giving massive profit and has proved that within 2,3 years. 5 marla plot is giving 60,70 lakhs profit within 2 years. What you expect other than that. It’s in under the CDA authority and makes it in Islamabad capital. Moreover it has the lush and environmental friendly zone. What are you even taking about with least property acumen. Good show Mansoor sb. I am in the Real Estate industry in US for last 30 years. I will present few missing pieces from Pak real estate industry. I think few fundamental issues in Pakistan that are hurting there. Lack of political stability, deficiency of transparency, and missing the professional industry institutions. Real Estate is a very important and powerful economic engine in any country. First of all, there should be some educational and professional training criteria for any one to offer any service in the industry. Right now, anybody and everybody in the real estate and don't have any credible industrial education and experience. So we are missing the industry fundamentals, like any other industry in Pakistan. Additionally, you can develop the most planned and well organized society in Pakistan with modern amenities but as long as there is no economic stability and security, nothing will work. There must be a proper real estate education and experience to begin with. Professional who are already in the industry should obtain additional continuing education on yearly basis. Once, we have established the institutions, professional testing and credible credentials, there is no doubt industry specialists will educate a consumer and investor and you will have more transparent and viable system.

Hear hear tanweer sb real estate is a really safe investment if done right most of the so called realtors in Pakistan are using marketing strategies like pump And dump to make land a hot commodity just like stocks. my take is also similar to yours ,until a regulatory authority isn’t established to control these charlatans no investment in real estate is safe because the market is manipulated by the land mafia who employ such peddlers to make a fool out of the public The government should come to their senses and invite banks to bring stability into this sector because private banks can create a sustainable environment and set a precedent for the public to be able to own a home if they are eligible !
