I am overseas Pakistani, one and half yea ago i bougt dha mutan 10 marla 62 lacs and dha phase 13, 10 matla @60 laca. In other ways v last the currency loss at that time usd rate was 160. V almost more than 70% value. After thia we keep all money in usd and we got thw more benefit

From almost last 5 years all these rumours are Circulating that phase 13 will be delivered before phase 10 and soon it will be announced, phase 13 is merged in phase 10 and so many others. But when will they deliver it? It's just a waste of time, energy and money project. It's far better not to invest in any file. Just hold your money and after saving buy on ground land.

Agree! We have further phases to make sure good investment like prism but some people have limited budget like 3 mil . With this budget ph10 and ph 13 is manageable.

AOA, another popular dealer of lahore gave the logic that dha will not adjust phase 13 in dha phase 10 because the land of dha phase 10 is expensive. They will adjust phase 13 some where else where the land is cheaper and also that it will not be balloted before 10 :)
