95% Civilians buy in this projects. its a private project and its not build on public tax money. Sociesties announce the projects and people buy the file in installment and pay in 3 to 5 years and society build projects and deliver. its not a army family centric. anyone can buy and live. 95 % people lives here are civilians middle class and upper class. same with other societies like bahria town and park view they are international standard housing society and you can see

If u visit lahore islamabad karachi You will see most of the people are middle class as well with a car inside their house. In our punjab, kpk side People don't live in small apartments they don't like bcz of privacy issues And they buy land to build houses thats why housing projects are very popular in Pakistan. Private builders build housing societies instead of apartments. There are many well known developments like DHA, bahria, Park view, Blue world city, citizen housing, Capital smart city. They offer cheap land plots in installments in yearly basis. People buy and build houses bcz these societies develop establishment with international standards and Living style. Mostly middle class lives here. Unfortunately they avoid to pay tax bcz they don't trust gov That's why gov is financially weak to carry the budget. You can see Islamabad, Sialkot,lahore etc in KZbin They aren't like somalia or syria which indian media portrays you

@@surudog4929 I'm not from any elite or rich family but I live in one of these housing society My father bought a plot land on a file installment in a reasonable price Installment of 3 years and he used to pay it with salary savings. When installment completed After 3 years Bcz of development Price of plot land was in profit it was 50% in profit. We sold it and bought another one in 3 years that's how we completed our house and shifted. My neighbours aren't very much rich They came from middle class. These housing projects are need of people because of good standards and Dubai like housing lifestyle. Underground wiring, parks, markets, security, private clubs, gyms and well maintained clean roads. Developers collect money from people's investment And develop these in 3-5-7 years Big developers with good reputation are DHA, Bahria town. They are top quality developers and trusted. 95% civilians live here.
