Dhaba Style Daal Chana Recipe by Alif Kitchen | Chana Daal Recipe | Restaurant Style Daal Chana
Ingredients for daal chana:
2 cups of split lentil
1/2 cup of red lentil
2 medium onion
2 large tomatoes
2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of red chili powder
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
2 tsp of corinader powder
1 tsp of cumin powder
6 cups of water
2 tbsp of oil
4 green chilies
10 to 12 garlic cloves
For Tadhka:
1/2 cup of oil
1 tsp of cumin
6 to 8 whole red chilies
1/2 tsp of red chili powder
all the recipes & dishes I have learned on the internet, youtube & google. I am not the first to make them, not to first create certain dishes. I just change the ingredients to make the dish to suit my taste. I hope just my videos have an easy way to communicate so that you can successfully make the dishes that you like.
