Villas ballot is expected in june ... other amenities which you are asking will be ready after 4,5 years .. somehow DHA had recruited doctors for its dispensary incase to pass these initial years of dha

@92Residence Thanks for responding. How can someone wait for basic necessities .The management must plan ahead. As per your guess, if the ballot is held even in Jun 24, then can we occupy it? Can I give it on rent? After ballot DHA will ask the customer to take over. Please guide them also to plan ahead.Huge Investments with very less return. Thanks for reading all

@@hardshy718 they are building some grocery stores there, school building is also under construction ,it will take 3,4 years for its completion, mosque is completed but as you are expecting like a full fledge running markets it will obviously take some time ... possessions will be done IA by the end of this year ..
