Since 2007, choreographer Samina Husain Prema along with the team combines classical dance forms with Nazrul and Tagore styles. Other than they have explored dance genres like Folk, Martial and Contemporary. The lively performance of Bhabna Nritya Dol made the fifth edition of ‘Dhaka International FolkFest’ more glorious.
An initiative of Sun Foundation; ‘Dhaka International FolkFest’ is a celebration of sheer musical brilliance where myriads of folk artistes from home and abroad perform on a single platform.
২০০৭ সাল থেকে কোরিওগ্রাফার সামিনা হুসাইন প্রিমা ও তার দল ক্লাসিক্যাল নৃত্যের সাথে রবীন্দ্র এবং নজরুল স্ট্যাইলের এক অপূর্ব মেলবন্ধন রচনা করে আসছেন। লোকনৃত্য,মারসিয়্যাল এবং কন্টেম্পোরারি নৃত্যেও তাদের অসাধারণ কুশলতা রয়েছে। “ঢাকা ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ফোকফেস্ট’’ এর পঞ্চম আসরে ভাবনা নৃত্যদলের মনমুগ্ধকর পরিবেশনা অনুষ্ঠানটিকে আরো প্রাণবন্ত করেছে।সান ফাউন্ডেশনের উদ্যোগে আয়োজিত ‘ঢাকা ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ফোকফেস্ট’ প্রতিভাবান সঙ্গীত শিল্পীদের এক মিলনমেলা যেখানে দেশ ও বিদেশের ফোক সঙ্গীত শিল্পীরা এক মঞ্চে জড়ো হন।
সান ফাউন্ডেশনের উদ্যোগে আয়োজিত ‘ঢাকা ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ফোকফেস্ট’ লোকসংগীতের এক মিলনমেলা। এ উৎসবে বিশ্বের নানা প্রান্তের লোকসংগীত শিল্পীদের পরিবেশনায় অসাধারণ সব লোকগান শোনার সুযোগ পায় বাংলাদেশের মানুষ।

@@jaktatudu9433 oh my god, dude stop it, this is Bangladesh. Not your india. Here religion doesn't matter, our bengali identity matters the most. All bengali Hindu-muslim-christian-buddhist- sikh-jain-animist of Bangladesh are Bengalis before anything else.. Dhamail dance is danced by people of all religions in Sylhet region of Bangladesh.

West bengal is "bangla prodesh" of India and east bengal is "bangla desh" which means independent country of bengal. Bengal's culture as a whole is thousands of years old.
