A Complete tour of one of the best Vipassana Meditation Centres in India, Dhamma Pattana and Glimpse of Global Vipassana Pagoda, Gorai.
Recently I completed another 10 days course of Vipassana Meditation at Dhamma Pattana, Vipassana Meditation Centre located next to Global Vipassana Pagoda, Gorai. On day 11th, after the course ended, I had sometime which allowed me to record ladies section of this centre.

Hi Thanks for sharing information, You said there is dhamma hall at upstairs. So my query/concern is, do you meditate in global pagoda hall or some other dhamma hall. Please reply

You get to meditate in actual pagoda structure on the last day. All days before that we meditated in the meditation hall within the building only.

Should have shown shunyagar. Is main hall only to be used for 3 hrs of common meditation?? Can one sit instead of shunyagar in dhamma hall??

Hey! So sorry but I purposely didn't shoot Shunyagaar and Dhamma Hall. You definitely must be knowing the reason. And about the timings of meditating in shunyagaar and hall, other than Adhishthaan, you can use your room or Shunyagaar, but of course you are instructed when and what you are suppose to do at the centre itself. Wish you a lots of happiness. Mangal ho!

Do they give chairs for people to sit ( with hips and knee issue ) at Gorai vipassna centre ?

Yes. Chairs, only back rest, low height seatings, food according to the disease or disorder, everything is taken care of. All you have to do is mention so in the form while registering and if one is provided at centre then there also.

there's no fees! you only have to register. Check their official website for more clarity!

agar facilities me thoda sa upar neche hojaye tho sab complain karte hai sab ko 5 🌟 facilities chaye.....but jab dhan dene ka time ata hai maximum logo ke jeb se paise nahi nikalte.

Hota hoga... definitely... but vipassana centres are not about comfort, amenities and utilities.. those are always and already available according to the location of these centres. All we have to do is meditate. That's it... paiso ka sawaal hi nahi hai, ye technique and teaching priceless hai... donations kar sakte hai agar iccha ho toh...
