Nice video Mr. Dhandai. Wanted to mention a couple mistakes in the installation for your benefit and the benefit of your viewers. The first large O-ring installed on the cover plate (shown at 5:28 in the video) is supposed to be fitted on the axle bell housing, not the cover plate. This requires the O-ring to be hand stretched a little bit, fit in the groove of the axle bell housing, and kept in place with Vaseline, then the cover plate is fitted on the axle bell housing. The service manual warns against fitting the O-ring on the cover plate because of the potential the O-ring will not seat into the groove in the axle bell housing. The second O-ring is then fitted on the cover plate, not on the center housing, which your mechanics demonstrated correctly. The second mistake was that there is no need to use a hammer and screwdriver to pound on the two machine screws which hold the cover plate to the axle bell housing (shown at 6:54 in the video). And no retaining compound is required. Those two screws are merely there for alignment of the bolt holes of the cover plate to the bell housing. They don't really hold anything, except the large O-ring temporarily in place, until the axle bell housing is mated to the center housing of the tractor. Once the bell housing is mated to the center housing the 15 large bolts and nuts hold both large O-rings in place, and the two machine screws do nothing. There is no fear the two machine screws will come out, because they are trapped in between the bell housing and the center housing. And there is no fear of fluid leaking from the two machine screws because the O-ring seals prevent any fluid from reaching that portion of the cover plate and housing. Hammering on them with a hammer and screwdriver risks buggering the edges of them so that they protrude past the top of the machined surface of the cover plate, which could interfere with the machined fit of the cover plate and center housing. Additionally, the over torqued and buggered screw head makes it harder to remove, should the axle bell housing need to be removed sometime in the future.
