We should allow these PIO players ASAP. Because if we play better/ qualify for the world cup lots and lots of people will start supporting Indian football. They will watch Indian football. As a result Indian football will grow. AIFF will generate money, that money will be used in grassroot development. So, this is a process. This needs to start now. It's always a double edged sward... On one hand you will get better players who have been developed in a better way and play in better leagues... Players who have already played for other nation in senior team can't represent India according to FIFA rules. There are some exceptions though like if any player has played only friendlies then he can change his team. So I don't think sarpreet Singh is eligible.
