As someone who use to like Dhar Mann's old content I can agree. Don't get me wrong even has someone who enjoyed them they were never what I would call top quality, but I'm someone who enjoys so bad its good. And despite their issues and how easy they were to poke fun at you could at least tell an attempt was made to try and tell a lesson at the end of the day and the much shorter length made it less annoying. In these new videos, despite the better production, no longer feel like they were originally intended. I will say I am glad that Dhar Mann stopped doing the "We're changing lives" at the end of a video, which is the one thing I can say the newer videos have outside of the honestly nicely done acting and production sets. There have only been a couple instances in his newer videos where the moral is directly the plots that were okay. For instance, Dhar Mann has had a thing in these newer videos where he's brought back characters that previously appeared in a past video (by this I mean a character one of the actors has played consistently) and whenever they come back there's always a continuity issue from their last appearance. I also find myself rooting for the villains of these videos because in some cases the "protagonists" often do stupid things or there's a double standard. Plus, the actors are much more entertaining as villains. Don't get me wrong I'm not opposed to these 20+ minute videos, but like the way its structured isn't done right. Also, Dhar Mann did a video explaining the real reason why he hasn't uploaded in a month.

Dhar Mann has a huge following, he also has a huge mission statement that’s going to eventually bite him in the butt, just my opinion. After each and every one of his videos he makes an appearance at the end to give said statement. “We’re not just telling stories, we’re changing lives.” If I was one of his subscribers, I’d want to know how he’s changing lives. Is he giving back to his community somehow? Maybe donating to a local homeless shelter, food bank or maybe giving funds for blankets, clothing or toiletries? I’ve seen some of Dhar Mann’s videos and a few of them have touched on the subject of homelessness which is why I used it for an example. Maybe he does give back but I’ve never heard about it and if someone is going to choose the mission statement that he has, I think he should own it and back it up. I’d like to know how he’s changing lives.. or is he just telling tales. Who knows, maybe the lives he’s referring is that of himself and family. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Basically in that video, you guessed it, 'cool jocks' make fun of a nerdy girl with braces and all kinds of ugly stuff. Then the teacher tells the mc that he's failing her class, and that unless he gets good grades, he will go absolutely NOWHERE in life! (which, LIES. That's HARMFUL messaging. We should aspire AWAY from that school system) And she tells him that he 'needs to be more like the nerd girl. Also bad message. So he's forced to work with her, but treats her like garbage, and dumps her just so he can pass the class, and he even gets his own girlfriend in the process.
