Reading about the work, watching videos about the work, listening to others do the work -- all of these are great. If you've never done the work yourself, give it a try. Doing it is more powerful than watching others do it.

The transformation of "Angel" at 2:16 is extraordinary. In the beginning of the video, she looks scared, filled with fear...and as SOON as she says SHE needs to open her heart, she totally blossoms-- you can witness her heart opening. Totally gorgeous. Such a glorious transformation. :) My smile is a MILE wide. Thank you.

Wish I would have known about this video - it would have saved me from years of suffering. Yet today I am blessed with the people in my life. It seems to work out for some.

This brought me to tears! So so deep. The love of a parent for their child. But at some point we have to let go or we lose them as well as ourselves. Thanks you Katie!

Thank you for this "melting pot" of Byron Katie 's work. I listen many times and it's slowly sinking time after time. One day I'll get it !

She calls it work. But I call it heart play. It teaches you to be your own counselor in a fun way.

What I want to know is who then is authoring the story? If we're being "thunk" who or what is "giving" the story to the ego? Love Byron.
