This is literally the best dhar mann video I've ever watched. It feels like a netflix production! @Ricky Pablo I don't think you understood his character whatsoever. He genuienly became very attracted to her BEFORE her looks, and you could see it in his eyes the entirety of the time he started spending with her. Almost immediately after he met her and started hanging out with her, he began realizing how amazing she was, and was probably regretting the entire time that he wasn't with her. He had no intention of using her to begin with, but was peer pressured into doing so, in which it ended up with him actually caring about her, though it is NOT an easy thing to dig yourself out of a hole your "friends" ended up putting you in. In the end, you could clearly see that he had genuinely cared about her the entirety of the time and finally knew what a non-toxic relationship felt like, even before she found out and he was talking to his friends before seeing her, he wanted to talk to them about her, because he had already fallen in love with her.

No, this needs a Part 2. I’ve been watching Dhar’s skits for years, and this is the FIRST one that I’ve seen that deserves a second part to tie everything up. This one was amazing, the acting, the pacing, the chemistry, all of it was great, and that montage *chef’s kiss*. I like that even though Chase is in the wrong, I never felt like we were supposed to root against him, I wanted him to dump that uncaring prick of a girlfriend and get with Julie. I’ll give this one to you, Dhar. Your modern videos have been more or less hit or miss, but this one, this one is good in my book.

Facts all of this is spot on. Many seemed just going to churn content but this one was polished masterpiece. True shame the firends ruined it he even already defended her every time they said something snide. He started as hey spend time get rehearsal and the lead. Learned so much more really and found a good girl a good friend and a lot about a real relationship not a user. Mad it has to end that way he DID learn. Whenever I see Dhar Mann videos involving relationship stories, I think that it’s going to end with the popular guy using the girl for a test and her getting revenge, but this wasn’t the case at all. Instead we got to see two people who had things in common, who could have fun together, and who could lift each other up. These traits made me realize that this story has a lot of potential and it shouldn’t end here. I would definitely like to see a part 2 of him trying to make it up to her or anything dramatic that will eventually bring them together again, because this relationship is too special to be left in the dust. I saw the way he looked at her in the red dress, no guy looks at a girl like that unless he is really interested in her. Please thumbs up my comment if you agree!

This was a really good episode. I was really emotionally invested. I realize that Chase made a mistake but I honestly feel bad for him because I think he's a good guy at heart and it was pressure from Madi and his friends that led him down a wrong path. Also, if not for the lie, he may never have fallen for her in the first place. I think typically the ends don't justify the means but in this case, if they can be happy together and he never lies again, maybe they do.

The fact that he admitted what he had done and even broke up with his ungrateful and selfish girlfriend only to be left in the dust is what had me in tears at the end. If it were me, (and I wouldn’t have done what he did) but if I was in the same situation, I would’ve told her the truth as soon as I realized my feelings had changed and although it may have come with its consequences, at least she would know the real story. Therefore, I would never forgive those guys for coming backstage uninvited and laughing about something that wasn’t even the case anymore. Definitely want to see a follow-up of this…

Chase should have gone through with the play with good intentions from the get go. That way no heartbreak happens later on down the road. As Dhar Mann said: What happens in the dark, always comes to light. Don’t get me wrong. I want them together as well and hope for a follow up. But the ending is the best way for Chase to learn a lifelong lesson about lying. And I don’t fault his friends for spilling the truth. They had no idea Chase’s intentions changed for the better and that he fell for Julie.

Honestly I feel bad for Chase, sure what he did was wrong but He is clearly abused emotionally by his father His girlfriend is taking advantage of his kindness He was hesitant at first of manipulating the protagonist, it was his friends ´s idea but somehow, it’s never mentioned again He was frankly acting kind and civilized to everyone So, yes, he should deserve a punishment but not losing everything and Madison and his friends were not better than him ( probably worse )

Now you got a good point, but we also need to remember this wasn't Chase's idea, he was peer pressured and if you notice he says it is "messed up" at the beginning to do such an act (4:05). Not to mention his girlfriend's rude behavior and not caring about Chase (2:22 - 2:45) (8:35 - 10:20) , and remember the part when Chase confessed how he truly feels about Madi and how she doesn't even care about his allergy (8:50 - 9:00) (11:30 - 12:13). He also ruined the show just to say he was sorry and speak what was in his heart, he asked for her forgiveness and truly regretted his decision (18:58 - 20:04). He also told his friends not to talk about the original plan, and said the line "Bro, I just-" who knew maybe he was going to tell them how he really felt towards Julie (17:30 - 17:41)... Don't forget how he leaned in towards her for [to what seemed like] a kiss (16:46 - 16:56). And how he broke up with his girlfriend for her as he wasn't even happy in his relationship to begin with (20:38 - 20:41). He defend Julie at 9:08 - 9:20 when his own girlfriend backbite her. And at the very start, he said "thank you" when Julie came to him and said he did a great job. He wasn't mean and toxic like his friends (1:47 - 2:04)... And there are many reasons but we need to look at both sides, not just one!
