It’s not about how old you are, it’s what you’ve done with the time you’ve had that brings the wisdom and experience. The problem with the “under 30” staff wasn’t their young age not giving them enough experience/wisdom; they were just unqualified and lazy. I became a doctor of pharmacy and pharmacist at 23 and 24 years old respectively, and I get underestimated for being younger than those who work under me. The real VIP of this story was the young investor. He had put in the time to work, study and receive mentorship so that he could be qualified to fulfill the position he was in, despite his age. The main character just got to his position handed to him because of family lineage.

Three things to say. 1. The Younger people need the wisdom of the older, and the older need the daring vision of the Younger. That is why they always work together to create a better world. (Unfortunately, the opposite of what is shown in the video is also true. The old ones think young whipper snappers can never get anything done right. Conversely, young ones, quintessential to what was aired on this video, believe their elders are nothing but aged humans whose faculties have grown senile and are stuck to their own ways. Neither of them understand that they need to work TOGETHER for the world to move ahead) 2. If only youth knew. If only age could. 3. Being smart is not the same as being wise (Something only people who are more mature in age realise).

Y do you think all the young generations have their minds filled with TikTok and other things and not how to make their work progress ??????
@goncalohenriques24195 ай бұрын
@@1g4basketball93 First, I never quite said "all the young generations"; I admit that some are different. Second, I said that because I have seen an awful lot of this new generation showing signs of having little to no responsibilities, no sense of duty, no manners nor politeness and only care for the most shallow things in the world like social media, getting likes on their posts, spending tons of money stupidly and showing off. That's that.

@@BlackedRose Look, sure young ones are suppose to be less responsible, and of course I did not become responsible right from birth, BUT at their age (say, 20, 21, 22) I sure was responsible enough to take my work seriously, wanting to do it right and not goofing around by only thinking about grooving; not addressing my superiors as 'dude' or 'bro' or even talking to them as a hierarchical equal and not knowing my stuff. My point is that nowadays those at that age completely lack any sense of duty or manners. They mature rather too late nowadays.

@alfredbrewington4685 ай бұрын
I have a bad boss, but I am running away from mine. Going to cold hard quit on her with no last minute notice. She is going to be instantly screwed over when I leave. About Me: I am an overseas English teacher working at school overseas. Not only was I the best teacher at my previous job, I received awards due to my performance and promoted to being a manager of the school. I am now at a new school that doesn't appreciate my talents and are not open to my ideas on how to make the school better. They have been disrespecting and insulting me because of my physical appearance by refusing to give my profile picture the same decorations as the other teachers and other unfair treatment. I am on contract but will be leaving this school soon unnoticed next week. This is irrelevant, but to make matters worse, both my parents died and I was hospitalized in 3 different countries which dug me in debt. My life has been very challenging these past few years. Hopefully yours doesn't get this bad.
