Always treat someone with respect regardless of what position they are in. Henry's life went back to normal after he regained his position as CEO and his son woke up from his coma. Him and his family moved into a nicer house that required a ramp for his wife. Since Henry; his wife; and his son gave kindness to others, they led a very happy. However, the same couldn't be said for Eric. After he uploaded the video of him bullying Henry on Tik Tok, he gained a lot of backlash and shame from people. It was also hard for him to hold down a job since he never showed kindness to others. Unlike Henry, he led a sad and angry life.

8:09 extended ending concept: ever since eric's firing, he's been trying to find a new job for himself. but thanks to that tik tok video that he posted, it has became a huge hassle to him, despite him taking the video down after his firing. turns out, since eric's firing (and the posting of the tik tok video), the founder decided to contact every single workplace nearby him to be aware of eric, and slowly enough, all the companies got the word and rejected eric's job application. with no other choice remaining, the only jobs that eric can find is a janitorial position, but that wasn't enough to fund his rich lifestyle. soon enough, he is forced to sell his riches and move to an apartment to ensure he's financially stable. and it wouldn't take long for eric and henry to cross paths once again... "come in." Henry says, as he heard the door knock and prepares the stuff for the next job interview candidate. the door opens up and in walked... eric, in his janitor's outfit. henry then looked towards him... and is surprised at eric. "eric? wow... I'm surprised. it's been a while." "it indeed has, henry. and... things have really been not working well with me for the past few months." eric says. "mind if I ask... what happened?" henry asked. "let's just say that... I'm starting to regret for posting that tik tok video of mine back then." eric responded. "despite me removing that video, I got rejected by many people over and over, and... well, I think it's pretty self explanatory regarding about what happened next." "sorry to hear that, eric." henry replied. "I know. it's all my fault. if I haven't treated you poorly back then all of this wouldn't have happened." eric says. "but it is just... too late for me, now that I'm forced to work a dead end job as a janitor..." "well, it's seems to me that you have now learnt the lesson I'm trying to teach you all these years back," henry says. "so... how would you like to work with me here?" "wait... you're hiring me?" eric says. "after everything I've done to you back then?" "well, like I said, I believe the first rule of management is to treat everyone the same no matter their position." henry said. "and I believe that now that you have learnt your lesson, I'm willing to give you another chance." the video ends with eric and henry shaking their hands with the deal made, as eric thanks henry for giving him another chance.

Finally a Dhar Mann video that's able to tell a complete story in 10 minutes (9 to be exact) and not forcefully rush it just to get the episode shorter. The problem with these Dhar Mann short videos is that the stories told are quite big in scale and require full 20-30 minutes of time. Once they get really exciting, Dhar Mann tends to fast forward by narrating the rest of the events just to end the episode quickly. Is it that hard to just tell a 10-minute story like this instead of constantly fast forwarding the story via narration? By doing that, it ruins my enjoyment watching the video.

Eric has been harassing Henry all the time and try to fire him for not understanding the situation that Henry is going through. Also, the reason why Henry fired Eric because he didn’t follow the values of hard work and respecting others and Eric lives to regret it. I’m happy that Henry’s best friend fired Eric and Henry got his old job back and the good news is that his son is alive after being in coma for five years. The first in management is treating others with respect no matter what their positions are and never harassing someone and disrespecting anyone who are having a rough time. Everyone must treat everyone with respect and kindness.

In real life, Henry easily should have had more than enough in the bank never to have to be busted down to janitor just to make ends meet, in a cheap apartment. And even if it would cost him all his savings, he'd have more than enough friends willing to come to his aid to help him out, like his old friend.
