Here’s how I know there was something wrong with the judge: 1) A video being a “deepfake” would NOT be an acceptable argument for objection-those videos HAVE to be thoroughly reviewed before being accepted as evidence. 2). Even if the witnesses were fired for just cause, their testimonies would have nothing to do with being fired. 3). A judge cannot sustain an objection on the basis of “staining the defendant’s good name”.
