I dont understand not letting girls in middle school wear make up. I get too much make up is inappropriate but when I was in middle school and wanted to feel prettier my sister or mom would put a little make up on me and taught me that make up can be used to enhance your features. I never wanted to wear make up to impress people I just wanted to feel a little better about myself. My mom and sister taught me there’s nothing wrong with wanting a little bit of make up to enhance what you already have.

Life’s already stressful enough at that age, so many changes at once. Changes that you’re not in control of soooo if there’s a small change that you can control at that age why not? The issue is not that young girls should be allowed to wear whatever they want but they should be taught how to use it correctly and modestly.
