I will not call any city smart city until 1. It Bans littering and heavy fines if anyone does 2. Smart traffic management & heavy penalties if people break the law 3. Seperate street food lanes 4. Bus stops away from main road, seperate cycle lane, walk lane, heavy fines if anyone walks on road and cross the road 5. No Autos/Taxis can be stopped anywhere, it should have designated stops 6. Free space between main road and apartments 7. Proper drainage system 8. Large scale water harvesting 9. Priority on Solar Energy 10. CCTV cameras across for safety and stricter rule. It should be safe, clean & well managed.

Where as TP developments is not taking up momentum as expected, otherwise just 5% area of 942 sq.km(42 sq.km) under construction, known as Activation Area is yet to be 100% complete and to be handed over by the contractor (probably started in 2018-2019). Since the entire area/land is under govt.control,without external hinderances, basic infra development in other TP is quite slow.

Gas pipeline, water pipeline, multistoried housing society, proper flood water drainage system, proper sewerage water system, proper road lane marking and should be planned as per the population per sq ft with four wheelers so no traffick jam, proper wide foot path across all roads for pedestrians, strict punishment for littering, proper waste management with dustbin everywhere, proper traffick light system including for pedestrians, separate bus lanes and stoppages, develop first then allow residential construction instead of the opposite, modernise the govt led municipalities similar to the pvt sector SEZ developers etc etc. If not able to do, then visit China, UAE and understand, learn how to develop international standard urban hubs.
