They are more comfortable and have better ANC than Skullcandy Crusher ANC 2. However I prefer Crushers for gaming and electronic music because they provide more rumble. Sonys are more like a pure sonic bass without rumble. I'm glad that Sony brought back the ultra bass series because I was missing that extreme bass which IMO ended at the MDR-XB950BT model.

I have the soundcore q30 and ult wear, the q30 could achieve 95% bass rumble of the ult wear while actually sounding much better and louder after some eq settings (ult wear gets super muddy and quiet when u boost the low end), but comfort and anc wise the ult wear is slightly better, overall i prefer the q30 over ult wear, hope that saved you some money.

I know exactly what you mean, the plastics are way better than the 720s but slightly worse than the xm4s. Same with the anc and the sound quality and the price and the feature set. Everything is very mid which in this case isn't such a bad thing. It's a pretty good set of cans for the price.

i recently bought and returned Soundcore SpaceOne because of the sound quality and low volume at highest level. Can you please recommend me a headphone with good sound quality and better top volume compared to Spaceone. I am thinking of Sennheiser Accentum Plus but not sure about sound or loudness. @@Electrobuzz17 i checked both in person, sonys audio quality is noticeably better as it supports hi res even on bluetooth, but sony is very bulky heavy and feels cheap quality in hand , on the other hand jbl tour feels premium is lighter and compact and u can it has personifi ( automatically tunes headphones for u) + u can customise Equalizer, + use apple music instead of Spotify its much better considering overall i thought jbl was better suited for me so i got jbl

@@Electrobuzz17 its been almost a month i am using jbl and i love them didn't disappoint, its compact feels premium its just it lacks in audio quality a little bit not much of diff with sony but yes its a noticeable diff, if u can manage heavy bulky cheap headphones then go for sony no doubt

@@avishkarjadhav8967 i also checked them recently, on paper their weights are not that different and demo ones also didn't feel much different in case of weight. Sony earcups shape seemed like 5 10% better . Its true jbl feels sturdy and premium. Lack of any high res codec is a let down. I didn't get your point about apple music. I use it too. Does it not work with sony? How is the transparency and mic quality. Reviews tell its not that good.

Tried the 720 and was introduced to the ULT to have 'better bass and sound quality'. They both sounded bad but ULT sounded worse than the 720. Bad bass, bleeds into mids, and all you hear is blunted bass. It's a hard pass for me.
